Fine insulated needles create controlled micro-channels in the skin and deliver radiofrequency heat at a set depth. The combination triggers a strong wound-healing response — new collagen and elastin — without damaging the surface.
It is our go-to for rolling and boxcar acne scars, enlarged pores and early laxity along the jaw. Numbing cream makes it comfortable; most clients describe it as hot pressure rather than pain.
Results build over three to six months as collagen remodels. We photograph before every session so progress is measured, not guessed. Scars are softened and blurred, not erased — we are honest about that from the first consultation.
