Yes. The 15-minute skin check is free and there's no obligation. You'll get a written plan you can take anywhere, even if you decide not to treat with us.

For facials and toning, no — most people return to work the same day. Peels can flake for a few days and RF microneedling leaves you pink for a day or two. We'll tell you the honest downtime for your specific plan before you commit.

Some yes, many no. We avoid most lasers, retinoids and certain peels during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Tell us at booking and we'll build a safe plan or ask you to wait.

It depends on the concern. Hydration and glow need monthly upkeep; scar and pore improvement from microneedling is long-lasting; pigmentation and melasma are managed, not cured, and will drift back without sun protection and maintenance. We're upfront about this at the consultation.

Our retail range is cruelty-free and the majority is halal-certified — we'll point out the few items that aren't. In-clinic consumables are medical-grade; ask us about any specific product and we'll show you the documentation.

Then we'll say so. We regularly talk clients out of treatments they've asked for when the evidence doesn't support it for their skin, and suggest something that does — or nothing at all.
