A small clinic with long memories

Dr Serena Yeoh spent her early career in hospital dermatology clinics and then in a chain aesthetic practice where the targets came before the skin. In 2016 she opened Bloomhaus in Bangsar with one rule: every plan has to be one the client can actually keep.

That means proper assessments, honest timelines, and being willing to say a treatment won't help. It means a small team so the same doctor and therapist follow your skin, and a retail shelf that only carries what we'd use ourselves.

Nine years on, most of our work comes from clients sending their friends and family. That's the only marketing we've ever really trusted.
